Key Responsibilities: - Drive B2B sales strategies and acquire clients for training, consultancy, and market intelligence services. - Collaborate with business schools and educational institutions to conduct workshops, seminars, and sales bootcamps that provide substantial value. - Offer sales training, mentorship, and subject-matter expertise to students and junior team members. - Form strategic partnerships with industries and institutions to ensure sustainable growth. - Conduct sales presentations, craft proposals, and engage in negotiations with clients. - Stay updated on market trends, perform competitor analysis, and implement innovative sales techniques. Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or education-related sectors. - Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets. - Proficient in communication, interpersonal skills, and public speaking. - Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Previous experience in training or academic interaction is advantageous.
