What You’ll Do:

• Win high-value IT projects via Upwork, Guru, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
• Manage and grow international client relationships
• Lead and mentor the business development team
• Handle end-to-end sales cycles, proposals, and negotiations
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to close and deliver projects

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of solid experience in IT sales & business development
• Strong expertise in freelancing platforms
• Proven team handling & client handling experience
• Good technical understanding of IT services
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
