Job Description

Job Summary:

strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to drive measurable business results, while also mentoring a team and maintaining client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

SEO strategies

paid advertising campaigns

-Monitor and optimize KPIs: CTR, CPC, ROAS, Quality Score, keyword rankings, etc.

Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.

-Collaborate with the content/design team to produce engaging assets for campaigns

-Develop landing page optimization strategies for higher conversion rates

-Work with the web team to improve site structure, performance, and UX

-

-Set goals, delegate tasks, and provide mentorship to ensure campaign success

-Communicate directly with clients — presenting strategies, results, and reports

-Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards and insights.


Requirements:
