The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing back office activities, maintaining records, coordinating with departments, and ensuring smooth documentation and data management. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily back office operations and ensure smooth workflows. Manage and update databases, spreadsheets, and financial records. Handle documentation, data entry, and report generation with accuracy. Coordinate with front office and other departments to support business processes. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and records. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Train and mentor junior back office staff. Prepare MIS reports and analyze data for business insights. Required Skills and QualificationsGraduate or above in any discipline. 3+ years of experience in a back office or administrative role. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
