Job Description:

We are hiring a smart and proactive Back Office Executive / Sales Coordinator to support our sales and operations team. The role involves handling quotations, purchase orders, client coordination, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Quotations, Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO)
• Handle client and vendor follow-ups and maintain coordination with Sales & Accounts team
• Draft and manage professional business emails & correspondence
• Maintain data reports and MIS in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Formulas, Reports)
• Manage entries and reports in Tally (mandatory)
• Support day-to-day office and sales operations

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Reports)
• Knowledge of Tally ERP – Mandatory
• Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
• Strong coordination & multitasking abilities
• Engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical / Any) preferred, but graduates from any stream can apply
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
