Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Tender Management:

Research and identify relevant tenders from government portals and other sources.
Prepare and submit tender documents within stipulated deadlines.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and certifications.

Monitor tender results and follow up on awarded contracts.

2. Business Development:

Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities within the government sector.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the companys presence and market share.

3. Procurement and Supply Coordination:

Oversee the procurement of goods and ensure timely delivery to government clients.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to maintain supply chain efficiency.
Address and resolve any supply-related issues.

4. Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with government regulations and tender requirements.
Maintain accurate records of tenders, contracts, and supplies.
Prepare periodic reports on tender performance and business development activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of tender processes and government procurement systems.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•Ability to analyze tender documents and identify key requirements.
•Proficiency in MS Office and relevant tender portals.
•Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
