Job Overview

Senior Back Office Executive

The role requires efficient data handling, client communication, and back-office coordination to support marketing and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • LinkedIn Networking:

    • Send

      30 connection requests

      to targeted healthcare professionals daily.
    • Achieve a minimum of

      5 accepted connections per day

      .
  • Data Collection:

    • Research and gather relevant data from the internet for lead generation and business insights.
  • Client Communication:

    • Send

      30 professional emails per day

      to prospective clients.
  • Proposal Creation:

    • Prepare and send

      20–30 proposals per month

      to clients based on requirements.
  • Presentation Development:

    • Create

      8–10 PowerPoint presentations per month

      for internal and client meetings.
  • Online Meetings:

    • Coordinate and ensure completion of

      8 online meetings per month

      with qualified leads or clients.
  • Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on data collection, communication, and performance metrics.
    • Support data management, and documentation accuracy.
  • Coordination & Support:

    • Assist in administrative tasks and coordinate between sales, marketing, and management teams for smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills in

  • Strong proficiency in

    MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
