Experienced in assisting with production planning, material handling, and daily shopfloor operations. Familiar with the components and process flow of crane assembly, fabrication, painting, and dispatch. Quick learner, ready to support senior engineers and ensure efficient crane production and delivery. Key Skills – Crane Industry Focused Basic EOT Crane Production Process Support in Goliath, JIB, & Overhead Crane Assembly BOM Reading (Basic Crane Components) Material Handling & Movement (Steel, Motors, Gearboxes) Loading/Unloading Coordination Fabrication Shop Assistance Raw Material Issue & Stock Entry Painting Process Support (Primer & Final) Crane Part Identification (Wheel, Motor, LT/CT Panel, etc.) Safety Awareness in Heavy Equipment Zones Responsibilities (Handled or Ready to Handle) Assist in daily crane production tasks like girder fabrication, assembly, and dispatch. Help track material movement (plates, channels, motors, wire ropes, panels). Support QC team in identifying rework and basic defect reporting. Maintain production logs and assist with contractor coordination. Coordinate for steel stock updates and inward-outward entries. Follow safety and quality instructions from production engineers. Education Diploma / ITI – Mechanical /Electrical / Production Engineering- Mechanical /Electrical / Production Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
