Attend meetings regularly and support the Audio Engineer in process improvements and revenue strategies.
Familiarize with event layouts, support audio planning, and inventory distribution.
Update and verify inventory, monitor outsourced equipment, and ensure sufficient stock for smooth operations.
Handle equipment preparation, storage, transportation, and loading according to guidelines.
Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with all company policies.
Contribute ideas, share industry innovations, and train the Audio Technician on health and safety compliance.
Communicate event schedules, instructions, client requirements, and changes with the team, ensuring smooth execution through management and task delegation.
Notify the Jr. Audio Engineer of inventory issues that may delay planning.
Follow SOPs for inventory outsourcing, support budget execution, and assist with accurate invoicing of deliverables and additions.
Monitor audio equipment for quality issues, assist the Audio Jr. Engineer with client changes, troubleshoot technical problems.
Be flexible, multitask, and support other departments as needed.
Manage post-event equipment prep, storage, and transport, ensuring safe derigging and return to storage.
Assist with loading, unloading, and reviewing event performance, while cross-checking inventory to prevent losses.
Inspect audio equipment and structures for defects, and arrange servicing at authorized centers.
Follow up on servicing, costs, and timelines, and report damage or shortages to the Jr. Audio Engineer.
Support the Jr. Audio Engineer in enhancing procurement processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Track inventory movements and verify returned equipment against the dry hire voucher for accuracy.
Applicants must have live sound experience & expertise with digital and analog consoles.
Ability to mix music & speech, perform soundchecks, EQ, & system calibration for events.
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio systems, ensuring timely setups, safe handling, & neat cable management.
Coordinate with producers, artists, technical crew & with internal tech team.
Manage backline setup including drums, amps, & instruments.
Understanding of signal flow, patching, wireless systems, & audio networking is required.
Maintain audio equipment & inventory, perform basic tests, & report issues.
Handle high-pressure events, quick turnarounds, mentor juniors, & adapt to flexible timings.
Assist in loading, unloading, & transporting equipment.
