Job Description

Lead endtoend Dayforce payroll/WFM implementations for global clients.
Configure Dayforce payroll/WFM/HR modules to meet countryspecific compliance and business requirements.
Collaborate with client stakeholders across HR, Fice, and IT to ensure successful deployment.
Conduct system testing, data validation, and golive support.
Provide training and postimplementation support to client teams.

Mandatory skill sets

Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll/WFM/HR operations and systems.
Proven experience implementing Dayforce WFM/Payroll/HR for US, Canada, and global clients.
Strong understanding of international payroll regulations and compliance.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred skill sets

Dayforce certification(s) or formal training.
Experience with other HRIS platforms is a plus.
Prior consulting or clientfacing experience in a global environment.

Education qualification

B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E / M.TECH / MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular fulltime mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs

Education

Degrees/Field of Study required Bachelor of Technology, Master of Engineering, Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Engineering
