As a Wealth Manager at DBS India, your main role is to deliver exceptional volume and revenue performance by acquiring and engaging with DBS Treasures Private HNI clients with a total relationship value of 6cr INR & above. Your strong background in wealth management, exceptional leadership capabilities, and proven track record in business development will be crucial for success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Establish, manage, and grow the TRV of Treasures Private Client segment by acquiring and nurturing clients with AUM > INR 6cr - Acquire new promoters in small, mid, and large corporate segments, family office, and HNI to improve overall AUM - Identify and secure new clients to increase AUM while adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements - Continuously enhance your knowledge of all products & services to provide superior investment solutions - Provide feedback on market, competition, and products for continuous improvements - Use financial acumen and investment expertise to help clients reach their investment goals **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in HNI Sales, Wealth Management, or Private Banking with a minimum investment book of 200cr INR - Previous Private Banking experience with existing relationships in key corporates, family offices, and distributors - MBA/CA or equivalent from a premium institute - Sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India - In-depth knowledge of the local market and competition DBS India is committed to a culture of performance through value-based propositions.
