Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition

Role: Contractual (3-6 months)

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive recruitment strategies for mid to senior-level roles across verticals (Tech, Sales, Product, Operations, etc.).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower plans, job requirements, and organisational priorities.
• Use innovative sourcing methods (Boolean, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to identify the right talent.
• Conduct HR screening, competency-based interviews, and ensure alignment with company culture.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact through on boarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI, FinTech
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
