We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Associate Engineer – Front-End (React & React Native) to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of engaging, high-performance mobile and web applications using modern front-end technologies. You’ll work closely with senior engineers, designers, and product managers to build user interfaces that are fast, accessible, and visually appealing across platforms.

Role Responsibilities

• Build and maintain user-facing features using React (for web) and React Native (for mobile apps).
• Collaborate with product and design teams to implement responsive and intuitive UI/UX.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable front-end code.
• Ensure cross-platform performance and visual consistency across iOS, Android, and web.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving bugs and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving front-end best practices.
• Integrate with backend APIs and services.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure stability and reliability of the applications.

Role Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience
• Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology challenges, with a can-do attitude
• Experience in developing and implementing web based solutions
• Knowledge of architecture design concepts, object oriented design and techniques
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with React for web development and React Native for mobile app development.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design techniques.
• Knowledge of integrating RESTful APIs.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Expo or native modules in React Native.
• Familiarity with mobile-specific concerns (performance, offline access, device APIs).
• Understanding of accessibility and usability standards.
• Exposure to Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
