Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Supporting client accounts to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
  • Acting as a point of contact between the company and its clients.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis on client accounts to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations based on account analysis to support business development initiatives.
  • Assist in building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Update and maintain company dashboards, ensuring all data is accurate and readily accessible Generate regular reports from dashboards to provide insights to management and stakeholders Oversee the management of client sourcing portals, keeping client information up-to-date and organized


Desired Profile:


  • Proven experience in account management or sales operations.
  • Account Management experience, expertise in Salesforce activities
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, Reporting · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and client sourcing portals is a plus.
