Job Description

Job Purpose :

This role focuses on driving lead generation for SME lending through Coverage and various channels -- Branches, partnerships, digital platforms, and Referral while actively managing lead performance and digital initiatives. It also involves optimizing channel service through training and fostering strong relationships with external partners to achieve business targets.


Key Accountibilities

  • Activation of all key channels
  • Drive RM and Channel productivity
  • Run contest/campaigns to drive business for both NTB/ETB
  • Help in commercialisation of new product / programs.


Job Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Drive lead generation for SME through internal and external channels (Branch, RM, Referral Partner, Digital, Ecosystem) via various initiatives and campaigns.
  • Partner with GSMC to create tailored collateral and overall SME offering awareness across ecosystem
  • Explore and implement marketing activities, such as email marketing and banner hosting, for lead generation and target achievement across SME secured lending.
  • Expand the "One Bank" initiative by collaborating with CBG for SME lead generation, scaling BANCA and Treasures referrals, and developing dedicated branch training programs.
  • Roll out contests across SME and branches to boost business.
  • Track key performance parameters, including lead disposition, conversion and rejection reasons; conduct regular calls with teams; and periodically review lead statuses.
  • Execute targeted campaigns across teams to foster synergy-led business growth.
  • Improve efficiency by monitoring and continuously enhancing lead management processes
  • Act as SPOC for SMO, bridging business feedback to Product and other stakeholders for effective Go-to-Market strategy implementation.
  • Support the SDM in the ongoing governance of Referral partners.


Required Experience :

  • Experience of 5+ years of experience in Product management & experience in running and making campaigns.
  • MBA – Marketing/Finance background


Core Competencies :

  • Campaign design, execution, and ROI measurement.
  • Strong oral and written Communication


Technical Competencies :

  • Understanding of various marketing tools and its usage, also should have creative thought process around campaign formation and delivery.
