What will you do as a Senior Associate - Media Buying :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns to drive key objectives such as lead generation, sales, and brand awareness
- Manage campaigns across multiple digital platforms — Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS, Conversions), and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop engaging ad creatives (text, display, and video)
- Optimize targeting, budgets, and bids to ensure efficient and high-performing campaigns
- Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance and conversion rates
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital media buying and performance marketing
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align campaign execution with broader marketing and business goals
- Prepare performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients
What are we looking for :
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying or performance marketing
- Proven experience in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, etc
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize for ROI
- Mandatory experience managing campaigns for the US market (understanding of US audience behavior, time zones, ad policies, and bidding dynamics)
- Good understanding of bid management, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar performance tracking platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or performance-driven environment preferred
