What will you do at Fynd ?
Legal & Compliance Function
Contracts Management: Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing a wide range of agreements including but not limited to:
MOUs, NDAs, HR-related contracts, brand contracts, service provider agreements, lease deeds, leave & license agreements, IT contracts, procurement contracts, and other commercial/legal documentation.
Regulatory Compliance:
Interpretation and compliance with Legal Metrology Act, Consumer Protection Act, GDPR, DPDP Laws, RBI, FEMA, and other applicable regulatory guidelines, circulars, and notifications.
Advising on compliance with HR-related laws, POSH Act, Shops & Establishment laws, and other employment regulations.
Ensuring proper compliance with the Indian Stamp Act and advising on stamp duty applicability.
Litigation & Legal Support:
Drafting, issuing, and responding to legal notices.
Identifying legal risks and recommending mitigation measures to safeguard company interests.
Database & Records Management:
Maintaining a central repository of contracts, agreements, and compliance documents.
Monitoring contract renewal timelines and ensuring timely amendments or renewals.
Some Specific Requirements

Strong communication skills (both spoken and written) with the ability to clearly articulate legal advice.

Sound knowledge of Indian corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws.

Hands-on experience in drafting and vetting legal documents.

Ability to interpret and apply RBI/FEMA regulations to business operations.

Familiarity with Company Secretary functions and secretarial compliance.

Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
