Job Description

As a Senior Associate in the Learning & Development team at JLL Business Services (JBS), your role will focus on ensuring robust employee upskilling and development through targeted learning experiences for Operations professionals. Your responsibilities will include leading and facilitating interactive in-person learning sessions and workshops, assessing the effectiveness of training programs, collaborating with internal stakeholders, managing the Learning Management System (LMS), collecting training data, providing feedback to participants and management, and offering coaching and mentorship to employees. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and facilitate engaging in-person learning sessions and workshops - Deliver a range of learning experiences for professionals at all levels - Assess, evaluate, monitor, and track the effectiveness of training programs - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts - Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for optimal support of learning initiatives - Collect training data and ensure accuracy for effective data management - Provide regular feedback on training outcomes and impact - Offer coaching and mentorship to employees for professional development Qualifications Required: - 10-12 years of related experience - Proficiency in Training and Facilitation Skills, Instructional Design, and Principles of Adult Learning - Ability in Needs Assessment and Project Management - Skills in Data Analysis and Evaluation - Strong English proficiency for communication - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint - Basic Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Collaborative and Relationship Building Skills - Business Acumen and Adaptability for continuous learning - Organizational and Analytical Skills - Effective Communication and Relationship Building skills At JBS, we focus on cultivating diversity, inclusivity, and continuous growth through comprehensive training programs that empower employees to reach their full potential.
