Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Associate at our Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar location. The Senior Associate will be responsible for handling physician billing tasks, ensuring efficient revenue cycle management, analyzing and processing medical claims, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. The role involves working collaboratively with the team to provide quality service and achieve excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Revenue Cycle Management and Physician Billing
Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical billing standards
Analytical skills for claims analysis and problem-solving
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
Relevant experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred
