Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mysore for the role of Senior Associate at HST & CO LLP. The Senior Associate will be responsible for handling financial audits, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and providing expert advisory services. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, collaborating with clients to address financial challenges, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality accounting services.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Auditing, Accounting, and preparation of Financial Statements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and precision in financial data interpretation
• Proficiency in financial compliance, understanding regulatory requirements, and managing statutory audits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong client relationships
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Professional certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification
• Relevant work experience in accounting, auditing, or financial advisory is preferred
