The Associate will be responsible for managing daily financial and accounting tasks related to payroll, claiming & bookkeeping. The Associate will also act as a bridge between team and client communication. Position name: Senior Associate Qualifications: MBA (Finance) with ACCA, CMA- inter, CA- inter (not perusing), CA Experience: 3–5 Years Requirements: • You’ll manage daily bookkeeping and financial records for Indian, Australian, and international clients, ensuring all processes comply with NDIS financial and audit requirements. • You’ll prepare and lodge IAS, BAS, and Australian tax returns, along with maintaining documentation required for NDIS provider compliance and audits. • You’ll use accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks (QBD/QBO) for end-to-end bookkeeping, including NDIS plan-managed and self-managed billing workflows. • You’ll perform reconciliations for NDIS claims, provider payments, service bookings, and funding categories, ensuring accuracy and alignment with compliance standards. • You’ll respond to client queries related to invoicing, NDIS price guide changes, tax matters, and funding regulations, providing clear and updated financial information. • Internal teams will rely on you for financial data analysis, NDIS audit preparation, documentation support, and accurate reporting for agency, plan-managed, and self-managed participants.
