Description
As a Talent Operations Coordinator at EY, you will be part of the Talent Services (TS) team, which provides HR support services including Recruitment, Onboarding, People Data Administration, Learning Administration, and more to EY member firms globally. You will play a key role in supporting the Talent Operations Virtual Talent Hub (VTH) for the MENA region, working closely with onshore colleagues to ensure operational and administrative tasks are efficiently handled to allow the onshore team to focus on strategic activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support with various HR activities such as HROSS activities and incident communication to HR Systems Core HR Support - Coordinate and manage Global requests and submit locally approved requests for EC access authorization - Monitor data flow from EC to local applications, provide mass uploads, and manage changes in job classifications and department coding - Run monthly reports, manage RBP requests for EC, and participate in global UATs for EC related functionality changes - Manage and execute tasks shared by the VTH Team Lead, raise concerns, suggest solutions, and support with various projects and tasks as needed **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree, preferably with an HR specialization - Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in HR or a related field at a coordinator or administrative level - Experience working with different stakeholders in international and diverse environments - Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, attention to detail, time management, and client service skills As part of EY's mission to build a better working world, you will have the opportunity to contribute to long-term value creation for clients, people, and society.
