Senior Associate, Digital Campaign Management

.In this role, you will support the execution, monitoring, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality campaign experiences, optimize performance, and provide actionable insights. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will work with digital marketing platforms, customer data platforms, and marketing automation tools to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and meet business objectives. The role is remote, with responsibilities spanning campaign setup, reporting, and quality assurance.
- Accountabilities
- Build, execute, and optimize digital campaigns, including email marketing and promotional mailers.
- Ensure accurate metadata creation and tracking for campaign performance measurement.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm campaigns adhere to program requirements.
- Prepare performance analyses, reporting, and presentations for sales, marketing, and clients.
- Support campaign close-out procedures, including reporting, tracking, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with strategic objectives.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital operations, including campaign creation, data analysis, and quality assurance.
- At least 2 years of experience working with customer data platforms (CDP).
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (email, ad serving platforms, social) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Adobe Marketing, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WorkFront, SharePoint, Google Productivity Tools, and YouTrack.
- Effective team collaboration and communication skills, especially in remote settings.
