Senior Associate, Digital Campaign Management

You should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science along with at least 5 years of experience. You must have a proven track record of managing integrated programs, including marketing/traffic, campaign setup, reporting, and analytics. Knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as email, ad serving platforms, and social media is essential. Proficiency in HTML/XHTML, CSS, and experience in problem-solving and analytical skills are required. In this role, your responsibilities will include building and configuring journey-based digital marketing campaigns using proprietary marketing & custom data platforms. You will create and communicate metadata values for tracking and reporting marketing campaigns, set up promotional materials using HTML/XHTML, review digital promotional assets, and oversee the implementation and launch of ad served assets. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing sponsorship materials, managing traffic delivery, monitoring engagement rates and program metrics, optimizing campaigns to achieve goals, and communicating program performance to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have the ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to work effectively as part of a team and possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills to proactively investigate and troubleshoot issues.
