Experience: 0-2 years Qualification: B.E. Computer Science/IT degree (or any other engineering discipline) Work Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST Position Requirement: • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS3 and JavaScript (jQuery), Git, XHTML, Workfront, JSP • Should have hand-coding HTML using semantic markup, the latest W3C web standards, and CSS layout / positioning • Experience with Email/Marketing Automation platforms is required (i.e.: ExactTarget, Acoustic, Marketo, Elogua, HubSpot, etc.) • Strong attention to detail, customer-service orientation, and creativity in problem-solving email technical issues • Experience working with internal teams and external agencies in the creation of assets needed to satisfy digital campaign requirements • Must be able to multi-task and manage timelines • Pharmaceutical industry experience highly desirable • Proficient in JIRA, Adobe CS, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office and G Suite • Fluency in how to build email campaigns with dynamic or conditional content • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) are also critical success factors in this role Role & Responsibilities: · Creating email templates and newsletters for various promotional activities · Create cross-browser/device, fully functional emailers using HTML5, CSS3, and, while adhering to accessibility and W3C web standards · Deliver integrated application components to Testing and Quality Assurance team. · Serve as a technical liaison among technical, account, creative and content teams. · Translate wireframes/PSDs into launch-ready, valid HTML/CSS · Manage email deployments: one-off sends and automated campaigns · Designing, coding, testing, defect management, and production support (in collaboration with various internal teams) · Implement solutions to support bug fixes and enhancements · Ensure all email best practices are being implemented
