Education:

Bachelor s degree in marketing, Management Information Systems or Computer Science

Experience:

5+ years

Position Requirement:

  • 5 years experience in Digital Operations (campaign creation, data analysis, quality assurance)
  • 2 years experience working with customer data platform (CDP)
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms (email, ad serving platforms, social) & channels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform calculations and identify errors, inconsistencies
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Software knowledge of Adobe Marketing, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WorkFront,
  • SharePoint, Google Productivity Tool, YouTrack

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Build & Marketing
  • Creation & communication of metadata values used for tracking & reporting of marketing campaigns
  • Assist in creation email marketing campaigns & promotional mailers, including quality assurance and program requirement adherence
  • Campaign Analysis & Reporting
  • Preparation of campaign reporting, performance analyses & presentations for sales, marketing & client
  • Campaign Wrap-up
  • Perform steps necessary to close out campaign marketing, reporting & tracking
