Job Summary: Wissen Technology is hiring a Google Ads Campaign Execution Specialist who will focus on the manual implementation of changes within the Google Ads platform based on detailed input provided by the Client Business team. This role demands precision, accuracy, and efficiency in translating strategic input into platform updates.  

Experience:   3 to 6 Years (Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads UI execution)  

Location: Bengaluru  

Mode of Work : Full time  

Key Responsibilities:  
1)Campaign Implementation & Quality Assurance  

• Manual execution and verification of changes related to campaign structure, assets, audience signals, search themes, location targets, bid adjustments, negative keywords, etc.  
  
• Upload Google Click IDs (GCLIDs) for offline conversion tracking and ensure privacy compliance.  
  
• Translate inputs from Excel/Google Sheets into Google Ads UI with zero-error implementation.  
  
• Maintain a comprehensive log of all executed changes for audit and quality assurance.  
  

2)Performance Tracking & Reporting  

• Monitor campaign performance metrics and budgets daily/weekly.  
  
• Create and update manual performance reports using Google Ads UI or internal databases with SQL.  
  
• Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of reports to stakeholders.  
  

Requirements:  

• Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience executing changes in Google Ads UI and Google Analytics/Tag Manager.  
  
• Proficiency in Google Ads UI, especially Performance Max campaigns.  
  
• Technical Expertise:  
  
• SQL (Expert level) for report generation and data verification.  
  
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and presentation.  
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.  
  
• Strong process adherence and ability to follow standardized workflows.  
  
• Clear written communication skills for reporting and discrepancy management.
  

Good To Have Sk ills:  

• Prior experience managing high-volume, complex Google Ads accounts.  
  
• Understanding campaign optimization levers (e.g., negative keywords, audience signals).  
  
• Ability to add value beyond execution by suggesting improvements based on expertise.
