We're hiring for:

Senior Associate: (3-4 positions)

Role: Strategic sourcing (direct & indirect categories), spend analysis, and vendor management.

Salary: 30 LPA fixed + 0-30% variable.

Manager: (2-3 positions)

Role: Leading performance improvement initiatives and collaborating with global partners.

Salary: 40 LPA fixed + 0-40% variable.

Reports to: Director – Performance Improvement (PI)

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

•Support performance improvement projects across procurement and supply chaindomains.

•Execute end-to-end procurement processes, including strategic sourcing for direct andindirect categories.

•Conduct spend assessments and analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities.

•Manage contracts and vendor relationships to ensure optimal performance and value.

•Participate in performance improvement initiatives, including cost optimization andtransformation programs.

•Collaborate with A&M global Partners/Managing Directors across APAC, EMEA, and theAmericas to develop and implement distinctive solutions and go-to-market propositions.

•Contribute to the growth of the procurement function by driving significant performanceimprovements and innovative solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

•3-6 years of relevant experience in performance improvement, with a focus onprocurement.

•MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain and Operations from a top-tier institute.

•Experience working with a Big 4 or Big 3 consulting firm, delivering procurementtransformation and sourcing projects.

•Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in aglobal team environment.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle).

•Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

•Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
