Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Architect to lead and oversee design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, advanced technical and conceptual design expertise, and the ability to translate client visions into sustainable, aesthetic, and functional architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design development process for residential and commercial projects, from concept to execution.
• Collaborate directly with clients to define project goals, design intent, and deliverables.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and design team members.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and site teams to ensure design integrity and quality standards.
• Review and finalize detailed drawings, working drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure design accuracy, technical compliance, and timely project delivery.
• Stay updated on emerging architectural trends, sustainable practices, and innovative materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate with cross-functional project stakeholders.
