Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from initial concept to final implementation
  


• Coordinate and integrate architectural design with other disciplines such as structural, MEP, and interior design
  


• Utilize architectural software and digital tools for design visualization, documentation, and project integration
  


• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution
  


• Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers, providing technical guidance and design feedback
  


• Conduct design reviews, feasibility studies, and ensure compliance with Dubai building codes and regulations
  


• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve design or technical issues
  


• Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders
  


• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of architectural drawings and documentation
  

Skills Required:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office tools
  


• Familiarity with BIM and willingness to learn advanced tools
  


• Strong knowledge of all project phases and MEP/structural coordination
  


• Understanding of green building regulations and authority approval processes
  


• Experience with UAE authorities (Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, etc) and obtaining NOCs
  


• Ability to ensure quality design delivery and provide site support when needed
