Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect located in Chennai. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, managing project timelines, and collaborating with clients to understand their requirements. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed architectural plans, coordinating with construction teams, overseeing project integration, and ensuring the use of sustainable practices. The role requires strong leadership in architectural design and project management to achieve successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Strong Project Management skills to oversee project timelines and deliverables
• Experience in Software Development and Integration is beneficial
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Proven track record in handling large-scale projects
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices
