Design Leadership

• Lead concept-to-construction design development ensuring innovation and functionality.
  
• Maintain design quality, aesthetics, and compliance with client vision.
  

Project Management

• Oversee project scope, budget, and schedule.
  
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for seamless execution.
  

Technical Expertise

• Review and approve drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  
• Ensure adherence to codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Resolve design and technical issues during all project phases.
  

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Should be able to understand the Project brief and client Preferences manage expectations and communication skills.
  
• Present design solutions and obtain necessary approvals.
  

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams.
  
• Ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to firm standards.
  

Quality & Risk Management

• Conduct design reviews and quality checks.
  
• Mitigate risks through proactive planning and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills and Competencies

• Strong design sense and creative problem-solving ability.
  
• Deep understanding of architectural codes, standards, and construction practices.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
  
• Proficiency in design and visualization software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, Photoshop).
  
• Strategic thinking and project management expertise.

Typical Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
  
• Professional architect registration/license (e.g., RIBA, AIA, ARB, COA).
  
• 58+ years of professional experience.
  
• Hands on experience in handling Residential Projects.
