Role requirements

• 3+ years experience is mandatory.
• Experienced in Architectural Design and Interior Design

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives- Develop architectural designs and plans using software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and Rhinoceros 3D- Create detailed drawings, renderings, and models using software such as Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, and Grasshopper- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for design development- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution- Review and modify designs based on client feedback and budget constraints- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field- Proven experience as an Architect, preferably in a similar role- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, NavisWorks, Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, and Grasshopper- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws- Excellent design and visualization skills- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
