Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect with over 10 years of professional expertise in architectural design, project management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality architectural projects while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with consultants and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring project requirements, budgets, and timelines are met.
• Oversee and guide project teams, including architects, draftsmen, and consultants.
• Conduct site visits, review progress, and ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and external stakeholders to resolve design and construction challenges.
• Prepare and review detailed drawings, presentations, and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, presentations, and design innovation.
• Mentor and support junior architects, fostering professional growth within the team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing diverse architectural projects.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sustainable practices.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective client and team engagement.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
• LEED/IGBC accreditation or knowledge of sustainable design practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to balance creativity with functionality and practicality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
