Role Overview

Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and planning for

  residential and commercial projects

  .
• Ensure all designs comply with

  Mumbai DCR and local building regulations

  .
• Review, finalize, and check

  Working Drawings (WD)

  and construction documents.
• Attend and lead

  coordination meetings

  with consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Work closely with internal design teams to maintain quality and timelines.
• Provide guidance to junior architects and ensure technical accuracy in all deliverables.
• Coordinate across disciplines (structural, MEP, interiors) for seamless integration.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Arch / M.Arch

  from a recognized institution.

• 7–8 years

  of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Proven experience in

  high-rise residential

  and

  commercial projects

  .
• In-depth understanding of

  Mumbai Development Control Regulations (DCR)

  .
• Strong proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  ,

  Revit

  , and other design tools.
• Excellent understanding of

  construction detailing and working drawings

  .
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage client interactions confidently.
