Senior Architect

Position Overview:

The Senior Architect will lead the design and execution of architectural projects from concept to completion. The role involves managing design teams, coordinating with consultants and site teams, and ensuring that all architectural deliverables align with company standards, project timelines, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:Design Development & Planning

• Lead the architectural design process from concept to construction documentation.
• Develop creative, functional, and sustainable design solutions aligned with project requirements.
• Prepare and review design presentations, working drawings, and BOQs.
• Coordinate design input with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior teams.

Project Coordination & Execution

• Work closely with the project management and site teams to ensure design intent is executed correctly.
• Review GFC drawings and ensure adherence to codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Conduct periodic site visits to review progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Manage approvals and liaise with statutory authorities as required.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Supervise junior architects, draftsmen, and consultants throughout project stages.
• Conduct design reviews, mentor the team, and ensure design quality and accuracy.

Client & Consultant Interaction

• Present design concepts and progress updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external consultants for design integration and technical solutions.

Documentation & Quality Control

• Maintain detailed records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
• Ensure all documentation meets quality standards and submission deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 7–12 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in construction, real estate, or design-build companies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction techniques.
• Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹429,074.34 - ₹2,023,872.39 per year

Work Location: In person
