Senior Architect

We are seeking a Senior Architect with 20 years of experience to take a leadership role in the design and development of high-profile commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large, complex projects, leading design teams, and engaging with clients to create visionary architectural solutions. You will be responsible for guiding all phases of project delivery—from concept design to construction administration—ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-effective results.

Responsibilities:

• Create and Develop Architectural Schematic, Detailed Design and Construction Packages from concept Design Stage · Develop project plans, schedules, and resourcing.
• Produce detailed drawings, plans and specification using various software such as CAD and Revit
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations and zoning laws
• Monitor project progress and performance throughout the project working, ensuing planned / actual hours are controlled. · Identify and mitigate project risks and issue in timely manner
• Act as the primary point of contact for client and other stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide design solutions accordingly. Lead and motivate project teams to ensure high performance.
• Delegate tasks and guide team members as per schedule
• Implement and follow quality control measures for project deliverables.
• Conduct regular inspections and reviews. · Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and policies.
• Utilize project management software and tools effectively.
• Manage project finance, budgeting, and cost control.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil /Architecture or Interior from a reputed institution
• Proven experience as Architecture Technician
• Conscientious and responsible
• A keen eye for detail and a result-driven approach
• Outstanding Communication Skills
• Excellent Leadership skills
