About the job: We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team at Om Constructions. As an Architect with expertise in AutoCAD, Autodesk 3ds Max, Google SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop, you will play a crucial role in designing and visualizing our construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and SketchUp. 2. Develop high-quality renderings and visualizations using Lumion and V-Ray to present design concepts to clients. 3. Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all architectural plans meet project requirements and specifications. 4. Work closely with project managers and engineers to oversee the construction process and ensure that designs are implemented accurately. 5. Use Adobe Photoshop to enhance and edit images for marketing and presentation purposes. 6. Stay up-to-date on the latest architectural trends and technologies to continuously improve design processes. 7. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
