Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for a Senior Architect at Artius Interior Products. The Senior Architect will be responsible for architectural design, project management, software development, integration, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project handling: concept development, client presentations, 3D visualizations, design documentation, BOQ/BOM, and handover. Design and deliver high-end residential architecture and interiors, Develop technical drawings, moodboards, finishing schedules, and material specifications. Collaborate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure design intent and execution quality. Perform periodic site visits to ensure quality control, adherence to specifications, and timely delivery. Guide junior architects and promote a collaborative team environment. Contribute to new product development (NPD) in collaboration with the design and fabrication teams. Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and flow plans, working closely with the PMC Team for the comp of the project. Software AutoCAD – advanced level SketchUp (3D) – essential Photoshop – working proficiency MS Office Suite – documentation and coordination Qualifications Architectural Design and Project Management skills Experience in software development and integration Strong knowledge of architectural principles Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field Show more Show less
