Job Description

Admin – IT Roles & Responsibilities

Networking & Hardware Management


  • Manage switching, routing, and overall network infrastructure.


  • Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of all hardware equipment.


  • System Configuration


  • Configure laptops, CPUs, and Mac systems as per organizational requirements.


  • Network Protocols & Connectivity


  • Set up and manage DNS, IP addressing, DHCP configurations, and static IP assignments.


  • Microsoft Office Suite Support


  • Install and configure MS Office 365, 2016, 2013, and 2010 across all user systems.


  • Ensure timely updates and licensing compliance.


  • Outlook Configuration & Support


  • Set up Microsoft Outlook accounts including calendar integrations.


  • Create new rules and integrate meeting applications like Zoom, Teams, etc.


  • CNC Machine Network Setup


  • Provide CNC machines access to the network and share remote access credentials securely, including for international usage.


  • Remote Desktop Configuration


  • Ensure remote desktop functionality across sites including Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Bangalore.


  • Provide ongoing support for remote teams.


  • Digital Printer Management


  • Manage and troubleshoot digital printers, ensuring seamless operations across departments.


  • Vendor Coordination


  • Coordinate with all IT and hardware/software vendors for procurement, AMC, and support services.


  • IT Asset Inventory Management


  • Maintain updated records of all IT assets including allocation, warranty, and service details.


  • ISP Coordination & Payment Tracking
  • Liaise with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for connectivity and ensure timely invoice payments.
