Job Overview: We are hiring a meticulous and organized Insurance Executive – Back Office to support our internal insurance operations. This role involves handling data processing, policy documentation, back-end support for underwriting and claims, and ensuring that all records are maintained accurately. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a structured environment. Key Responsibilities: Process new insurance applications, policy modifications, and cancellations in internal systems. Accurately enter and verify customer and policy data in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Maintain and organize digital and physical records of insurance documents. Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams for required documentation or clarifications. Prepare reports, summaries, and updates for internal tracking. Assist in document audits and quality control checks. Support the preparation of MIS reports and operational dashboards as required. Ensure timely follow-up on pending documentation and processing tasks. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in back-office operations/MFI/NBFC, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector. Strong data entry and administrative skills with high accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer applications. Familiarity with insurance processes and systems is an advantage. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
