Senior Architect

Job Title: Senior Architect
Department: Technical Department
Experience: Minimum 3–5 Years
Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch / Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and planning of residential and commercial building projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and other design software with speed and accuracy.
• Supervise and guide junior architects, draftsmen, and interns in project execution.
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Coordinate with construction professionals, engineers, and consultants to ensure design feasibility and timely execution.
• Oversee project management, including scheduling, material selection, and cost estimation.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and Vaastu principles where applicable.
• Handle on-site challenges and provide effective, innovative design solutions.
• Maintain design quality, team efficiency, and alignment with company goals and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential building projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, with excellent drafting speed and accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of building design principles, materials, and modern architecture trends.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead a design team effectively.
• Knowledge of Vaastu Shastra will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
