Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a reputed University/Institution/College.
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• A robust portfolio showcasing luxury residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite and 3D Modelling + Rendering Software.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions;
• Must have Knowledge in Landscape, Lighting Design, MEP, Structure, and Civil Works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design innovative architectural solutions.
• Manage and oversee projects from design through to completion.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Authority regulations and standards.
