Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Application Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling clients using our software, providing day-to-day technical support, and ensuring a smooth user experience. This role requires strong leadership qualities, client-facing skills, and a willingness to learn and tackle technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients using our software products.
• Demonstrate software products to clients and provide effective solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Act as a point of contact for clients and address their technical queries efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and provide solutions.
• Take initiative to learn new features, tools, and technologies relevant to the role.
• Handle challenging client situations professionally and provide timely resolutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software application support or client-facing technical roles.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interaction.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and support team members.
• Client-focused, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges.
• Ability to work full-time from the Pune office.
