Job Description

What You’ll Do

This position is responsible to plan & execute learning initiatives at EIIC. The person would bring in functional knowledge to sustain ongoing talent development programs and lend their functional expertise to enhance the impact, in collaboration with business. The role also includes facilitating internal training, and supporting regional projects on need basis. They will support talent manager & HR business partners in talent reviews, assessment, team building business initiatives etc."Manage & sustain early talent, mid & leadership talent development programs, upskilling initiatives across levelsDriving a culture of learning through development interventions to strengthen people capabilityEnsure proper coordination & tracking to evaluate program effectivenessDrive onboarding activites, manage monthly report-out, coordinate group level training requirementsLead engagement events that strengthen EIIC's culturePartner with Eaton University as a facilitator & EIIC focalContribute to program design, implementation, effectiveness measurement & continous improvement of development interventionsSupport global & regional teams for projects on need basis"

Qualifications

MBA with strong functional knowledge in talent management domain8+ years

Skills
