About Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB)

As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, youll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve-

• Manage end-to-end private equity fund accountingprocesses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and review investor reporting packages, including capital account statements and performance metrics.
• Maintain and update Excel-based valuation models tosupport fund analysis.
• Perform waterfall calculations and ensure precisecomputation of carried interest and management fees.
• Set up new assets and investments within theaccounting system.
• Process capital calls and distributions, ensuringtimely and accurate execution.
• Conduct bank and ledger reconciliations, proactivelyresolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and externalstakeholders to ensure seamless fund operations.
• Support audit and compliance activities throughaccurate documentation and reporting.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelors or mastersdegree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CFA certification is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in private equity fund accounting.
• Possess a deep understanding of private equityaccounting processes and investor reporting.
• Strongunderstanding of private equity structures, investor allocations, and the fundlifecycle.
• Advancedproficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
• Hands-onexperience in building and managing Power BI dashboards for financial reportingand analysis.
• Workingknowledge of the eFront application is required.
• Excellentanalytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability towork independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienceworking with UK or European clients is preferred.
• Exposure toother fund accounting platforms and data visualization tools.
• Familiaritywith IFRS and/or UK GAAP is an advantage.
