Senior Analyst

1. Support Investment and Wealth Managers in evaluating new investment opportunities, primarily in private markets with some exposure to public markets.

2. Conduct due diligence, industry analysis, and company analysis for potential investments.

3. Prepare valuations and build/maintain detailed financial and deal analysis models.

4. Monitor existing portfolio companies, including historical financial tracking and valuation updates.

5. Prepare analytical insights on company performance, industry trends, and market developments.

6. Write concise macroeconomic and industry research notes to support investment decisions.

7. Demonstrate strong financial modelling, analytical, and research skills with the ability to connect quantitative insights to broader market perspectives.

8. The role is fully client-centric and demands strong knowledge and significant exposure to the Indian market landscape.

8. Experience and skills:

1. Relevant research and analysis experience in equity/ credit/ corporate finance and advisory.

2. Excellent analytical and communication skills to effectively present to clients and understand their needs.

3. Skilled in financial analysis including financial modelling and valuation methods – DCF, SOTP, IRR, trading and transaction comparables.

4. Ability to perform in-depth analysis of companies/ sectors/ markets, to arrive at insightful conclusions and opinions that can feed into investment decisions.

5. Well-developed skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
