Analysis & Consulting Support Synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative inputs to derive actionable, insight-driven narratives that support strategic decision-making. Prepare competitive landscapes, and structured industry assessments to deliver high-quality research outputs. Proactively identify emerging trends, market gaps, and growth opportunities by interpreting patterns across multiple data sources. Client Interaction & Project Coordination Engage in client discussions to refine requirements, present findings, and clarify inputs. Drive client expectation management by delivering proactive updates, ensuring adherence to timelines, and maintaining high-quality output. Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to oversee seamless project execution and resolve challenges collaboratively. Cultivate strong, professional client relationships through consistent communication, reliability, and a consultative approach. Report Writing & Documentation Prepare clear and well-structured research reports and presentations. Summarize findings in an easy-to-understand manner with key insights. Ensure all deliverables maintain high standards of clarity, accuracy, and storytelling quality. Project Execution & Quality Assurance Oversee end-to-end project timelines, key milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth, on-schedule execution across all research activities. Uphold high-quality standards by reviewing research outputs for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with client expectations and project objectives. Anticipate potential risks or bottlenecks early, proactively communicate them to stakeholders, and recommend practical solutions to keep projects on track. Preferred candidate profile Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interviewing skills with the ability to engage senior industry experts and extract high-quality insights. Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities, with expertise in translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. In-depth understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and their application in strategic market assessments. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant research tools/databases to build structured models, analyses, and presentations. Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Confident client-facing presence with a consultative approach, capable of influencing discussions and building trusted relationships. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Engineering or Master’s in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline from a reputed institution. 4–6 years of progressive experience in market research, B2B consulting, or related analytical roles with exposure to end-to-end project ownership. Demonstrated expertise in conducting high-quality B2B expert interviews and engaging senior-level stakeholders to gather strategic insights.
