Senior Analyst - Accounts Payable

As a member of the M&G Global Services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's ambition to become the best loved and most successful savings and investments company globally. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and accurately posting transactions to the general ledger and related accounting systems. - Handling month-end journals for accruals and recharges. - Scrutinizing expenses and investigating variances. - Managing mailboxes and liaising with the Group team to set up new suppliers. - Ensuring daily production operates within SLA by efficiently planning and scheduling work. - Following all Financial Control procedures, complying with regulatory requirements, and adhering to team-defined compliance standards. - Identifying opportunities to re-engineer processes, reorganize work, or absorb tasks to enhance service efficiency and quality within budget constraints. - Providing information for internal stakeholders.
