Senior Analyst - Accounts Payable

Role Overview: You will be responsible for processing indexing, assessing, and processing tasks as per the allocation on a daily basis. Accuracy in capturing and reviewing all requisite fields while performing indexing/UI is crucial. It is important to index the correct categories such as LCY, FCY, Credit Note, Staff, Vendor, E-proc, and Non-Proc. In case of incomplete or incorrect invoices, they should be reviewed before moving to the rework queue. You are expected to maintain 100% accuracy in performing indexing/UI and zero errors while selecting/reviewing categories. Timely completion of assigned invoice volumes and prioritizing urgent invoices as per instructions are key responsibilities. Additionally, maintaining 100% accuracy while moving invoices to the Rework Queue is essential.
